Do I have to build estimates in RSG OPS?
No. Build estimates and proposals in RSG OPS for free, or upload an estimate you signed elsewhere and AI fills in the job for you to confirm.
Do homeowners see my costs or margin?
Never. Reps and PMs see cost, margin and profit. Homeowners only see options, price, scope and terms.
Does AI send orders without approval?
No. AI prepares the material list. Your PM reviews quantities, edits the order and approves it before sending it to a supplier.
Can one job include roofing, gutters and siding?
Yes. Each trade uses its own measurements and rules, and your PM works with one combined material order grouped by trade.
Will RSG OPS work on my phone?
Yes. Reps can hand off jobs in the field, PMs can review work, and homeowners and crews can sign on a phone or tablet.
How are homeowner messages handled?
Messages follow job milestones and your editable templates. Texts require consent and honor STOP replies. Email and text delivery require connected sending services.
How is the monthly price calculated?
Sold jobs are billed in brackets: first 15 at $125 each, next 20 at $100 each, and additional jobs at $85 each. Estimates and proposals are free and unlimited. Combined monthly charges have a $1,000 minimum before discounts. Usage is billed at month-end. Month-to-month, cancel anytime.
How much is setup?
Expected monthly sold jobs determine setup: under 15 jobs $1,000; 15–35 jobs $2,000; 36+ jobs $3,000. The platform owner can override setup. Founding Customer gives 50% off monthly charges for 12 months, not setup.
What happens during setup?
An Owner sets up company details, teammates, suppliers, products, material rules, crews and homeowner templates in a resumable wizard.
